Trying to install on windows 7 only one camera i have

If you mean "install" instead of upload, then try installing using windows XP compatible environment.
Right click on the installer program and select PROPERTIES
select the COMPATIBILITY tab
tick RUN THE PROGRAM ...
select WINDOWS XP (SERVICE PACK 3)
click OK

If you mean "download", then try a different browser, or the link may be a dead link.

If you are just downloading the photos and movies from the camera, you can simply (with the camera off) remove the SD card and place it into a card reader on your computer. Please follow the normal practice of "ejecting" the card before removing it from the reader, or the reader from your computer.

Not all cameras are compatible with newer operating systems. If you have an old camera you might want to pop over to Target and get a new Logitech for around $20.

Have you tried installing it on Win 7? Most software made for vista will run fine on Win 7. Otherwise you can try running the program in "XP Compatability Mode". You can do this by right clicking the installation file (or if installed already, the shortcut you use to open the program) and click properties. Then click the Compatability tab and check "run this program in compatability mode for:" and choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2)

Sony has not released the Windows 7 Driver for this Computer model. However, you can try installing the original Windows Vista Driver to resolve the issue.

Then, please unzip the file and double click on the "DPInst32.exe" file to begin the installation.

After installing the Driver, please restart the Computer for the settings to take the effect.

Camera should work correctly after installing this Driver.

However, you may need to download and install the Camera Application to use the Camera. You may also use the Camera with any messenger Application like Skype or Windows Live Messenger.

You need to re-install the Camera Driver after the installation of the Windows 7 Operating System in the computer. As the Windows Vista Drivers are compatible with Windows 7 Operating System, you can try installing those Driver.

Please download the file to a folder in the Computer. Then, please open the folder where the files is downloaded and double click on it to begin the installation. Please follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation process. After installation, restart the Computer for the settings to take the effect.

After that, install the Windows 7 Camera Applications in the Computer. You can download the Windows 7 Camera Applications from the below link.

Please download and install the Software in the computer. Make sure that you restart the Computer after each installation for the settings to take the effect. Then, please click "Start", "All Programs" and click the "WebCam Companion" to open the Camera Application and use the Camera.

Use a card reader instead of your camera.

Try to uninstall the software and let windows 7 itself browse for the software.

Unfortunately, Logitech has chosen not to support this camera under Windows Vista or Windows 7. Thus there are no current drivers for Win7. There is a way to install your camera if you have Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate: install the XP mode (a virtual computer). Install the camera to the virtual computer. You may need to save the files to an external media to share them between the two "machines".
