I received a Bushnell range finder for fathers day. It worked fine until about a week ago. Then it was about 10 to 15 yards off. The further the distance the more it is off. I put in new batteries and the problem is the same. It is a Bushnell Tour 2 Is there a place in or near Boynton Beach Florida that i can send it or bring it. Thank you.

My tablet got wet. I put it away in my room and forgot it for 3-4 weeks. When I found it and tried it - voila! It worked perfectly.
May be thats a solution.

I have a Bushnell Tour V2 that has worked very well for over 8 years and it just started doing the same thing with the frozen screen and 1888 yards. Since I just replaced the battery that I bought at a Pro Shop about 6 months ago I thought the battery was fine. I looked at the battery and did not recognize the brand so I went out and bought a new Copper Top Duracell and BANG it is working again just like new.

I got one for Christmas 2010. Also found that it is off by 10 yards compared to several other rangefinders/gps units.

press and hold the mode button.

The rangefinder is out of alignment. Vibration, dropping these units make small mirrors inside move slightly. Over time the receiver cannot see what the transmitter puts out. Bushnell can fix, 4-5 weeks w/o unit.

You need an alignment. The transmitter and receiver are not pointing at the same spot. The farther the distance the bigger the gap between the two. Dropping the rangefinder and vibration are killers to Pinseekers. Bushnell will fix ya.....

you have it on the meters setting not the yards setting. hold the scan button down for three seconds or longer and it will revert to the other form. a meter is nearly 10% longer than a yard.

Hmm your Bushnell has one year warranty send it back to company under warranty for repair.
