Sounds like a battery defect, if you have another charger you could use to charge the device that would allow you to isolate if it is an issue with the battery or the charger. If it is either I would contact your service provider to see if they can replace it under warranty.

Hi, when a phone flashes logo and goes off it means that memory has been affected by VIRUS.
VIRUS can damage a phone in no time. VIRUS can be caused by downloading applications on your phone through the internet, or might be from data transfer from a phone to another phone.
To remove the VIRUS, you will need to flash the phone memory. Flashing the phone will restore back the phone to it normal state.
You can use this link to see how to flash your phone
Flashing a cell phone will erase carrier data from the memory. Cellular companies can usually do this for a fee. Online buyer sites sell the software kit that will flash a cell phone from home computers.
To flash a phone you will need to rewrite the PRL file by connecting your phone to a computer with the needed equipment. Your best bet is to take your phone to a dealer that flashes phones on a regular basis. For more information

After trying out all this and still it does not work, that means the phone board is damaged,it will need to be replaced
Take care.

Try using rubbing alcohol to clean the battery or where the charger goes in the phone. If you have a car charger then try using it. If that works and the wall charger still don't then it is probably the charger and needs to be replaced. The phone may have a short in it for where the charger goes. Or it could be the battery. But if the battery is charged or still holding charge it more than likely is the charger itself or a short in the phone.
