How do i download the privacy zone exe file for my 1GB verbatim 2.0 store 'n' go flash drive

Go the the Verbatim web site and search for your product
at the bottom of the screen is the support button
click it then go to downloads
and download the V-safe software again
then drag the downloaded file back onto your flash drive
then just click on it and just put in your password again....it should access the private zone then.

Reformat it

or if you are downloading data from the internet


once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it
a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another device or a

usb device

To download the (VSafe) software click this link then click the "downloads" link there. Find your Verbatim Store and Go drive. Make sure that you choose THE CORRECT PRIVACY ZONE APPLICATION for your flash drive. Format your flash drive with the application, removing the privacy zone if you want, this will DELETE ALL DATA ON THE DRIVE after the format has completed. You can then remove the application from your flash drive, if you still remember the privacy zone password, then all you have to do is just type it and you have access to the privacy zone.

usb drives dont have manuals the computer automatically detect the drive.

in saving files it is the same when you save in a floppy or other drives.

try copying the files to a subfolder. The FAT file system has a limit of how many files & file name characters you can store in the root folder.
