Comet tw 5050 mix oil and water

There is a bad gasket be it the head, intake or a crack in the block or head. Have it tested and yes you have oil in the engine also with the water. The oil genie didn't just put oil in the overflow it's all over. If the antifreeze gets to the valves mixed with oil it can cause the valves to stick shut or open

Bike has not been rode for over a year finally got it to start easy, but while I had the air cover off I shut it down because gas mixed with oil was being pumped out the breather hose on rear cylinder

Plus,...if the bike has been sitting for a long time,it is possible to have water in the fuel tank. So i wouldnt rule out gas just yet. Most likely it is fuel mixing with oil,and the carbs are going to have to be taken off,cleaned,floats set,and synched. And of course,drain old fuel and replace with new fuel. It would also be a good time to change the plugs,and oil while your at it.

COULD BE THERMOSTAT IF TOP RADIATOR HOSE IS NOT HOT AND BOTTOM RADIATOR HOSE GOING TO WATER PUMP IS HOT THE THERMOSTAT STICKING PARTIALLY CLOSE.IF TOP HOSE IS HOT THE RADIATOR,ENGINE BLOCK HEATER CORE NEED FLUSHING OUT.IF WATER PUMP WEEP HOLE LEAKING REPLACE WATER PUMP, FAULTY WATER PUMP WILL CAUSE ENGINE TO OVER HEAT.REPLACE RADIATOR CAP MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 50 / 50 MIX SOLUTION ANTIFREEZE AND WATER IN COOLANT SYSTEM. IF ALL LOOKS GOOD CHECK ENGINE OIL ON DIP STICK, IF OIL IN DIP STICK LOOK LIKE MILKSHAKE YOU HAVE BLOWED HEAD GASKET THAT WILL CAUSE ENGINE OVERHEATING WHILE DRIVING CAR IN SHORT DISTANCE AND ENGINE OVERHEATING.

Oil and water comming out of oil filler stem

You have a seal on the pump between the pump and the water pump thats leaking you have oil and water mixing . I owen three mechines and i don't understand what you mean when you say the oil filler stem. I also rebuild power washers and pumps. If you can clarify where the water and oil mixture is comeing out then i can tell you excatly what the leak is thanks

I have a Comet 4040 and oil and water mix is bubbling out of the red cap on top of my pressure washer. Can anyone tell me what repair kit I might need to fix this problem?

Hi this could be the oil and pump seals worn. Also make sure that you don,t have the transit plug in or the pump cannot breath. It should have a air vented dipstick.

There is oil in the radiator

could becoming from ur oil cooler lines that go into rad,,,could have internal crack in rad,,,pull dip stick out & ck to see if motor oil is low or a grayish color,,if ok ck trans fluid to see if is low,,have to find out what kind of oil residua is in the over flow jug

What you have is a bad seal or a crack within the pump crack more common if any water was left in it during the cold winter

that makes sense can i change the seals myself? if possible any suggestions on were to purchase them?

i have had luck by just putting the model number of the pump on google seach to find parts as for can you do it your self you need to take your time and remember where the parts go back i lay them out in rows

If unloawer valve unloads when trigger released replace u or v packings in pump head.

aftermarket oil will be fine just use same grade of oil,all manufacturers want that extra kick,
