Change the receive MODE to Auto or Fax - there is a MODE button on the front panel, press it several times and observe the display.

pls chek key pad filter, if any daimege then chang it or clean soket whear keypay pcb inserted,do it 100% slove this problem.

Have you tried removing the battery, SIM from the phone? If not, try it first, and if the same problem occurs, then you need to bring it to the Nokia Care for firmware upgrade.

Usually, firmware upgrade fixes phone issues.
