Cant send text messages get error code 111. How do I fix?

if your internet is not enable.....then u CAN NOT SEND PICUTURE MESSAGE NOR RECIEVE THEM.....all u have to do is call customer service to to enable your internet (u will NOT be charged with no fees) UNLESS U GO TO THE INTERNET..............THIS WILL MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR U TO RECIEVE AND SEND PICTURE MESSAGE................HOPEFULLY DIS INFORMATION WILL BENEFIT

make sure your in service. some times the phone goes in and out of service. If that doesnt work contact tmobile

You will need to contact the service provider for further assistance. There is nothing personally that you can do to the phone to make it work. Sounds like they will need to program the phone or your plan to include text messaging.
