This wont be easy. Most apps or games that are on Facebook are not run by Facebook but by a 3rd party developer. If you can get in contact with whomever created or runs the game they would probably be of more assistance.

My mini planet only loads to 16%
I get that a lot. It keeps on getting stuck on 16% and 32%
Report a bug is what I mainly do, and all you have to do is tell them what happened and what you were doing at the time. And usually after a few minutes.. It works.
If this does not work, maybe its your Adobe flash player.
It might be because you need to update a new version.

just download the latest version of the flash player if it still doesent work then miniplanet is working on it or the server is full hope this helps u understand the problem i know it beacuse my friend works in miniplanet so yea!!!

MY INTERNET IS FAST BUT MINI PLANET IS VERY SLOW...
This is not a problem on your end if your internet is fast. The problem lies on the other end. The server is taxed by many users online at one time. The site will need to upgrade their servers in order for the game to load faster for you.

In time, they will realize this and will fix the problem.
