Hi,

I'm Ben and -- hopefully -- I can provide some meaningful assistance.

The following sounds complicated but it is very easy if you carefully follow the instructions.

Unfortunately, there is no cable to connect the BlackBerry and iPhone together and a user can't transfer BlackBerry contacts to iPhone directly via USB cable. So, we should export contacts out of BlackBerry and save onto a program, then import the contacts from the program to iPhone.

Things you'll need to transfer BlackBerry contacts to iPhone.

  • Download Google sync on the Blackberry by paying a visit to m.google.com/sync.
  • Synced Blackberry contacts to Google Account. If you are not Google gmail user, please Go to Google and register one. It is rather simple.
  • Export Google account contacts to computer as .csv or .vcf file.
  • Import the .csv or vCard file to iPhone with iPhone contacts transfer.

If you are the first time using Google Sync on BlackBerry. all the contacts from your blackBerry are saved to your Gmail contacts in a group called My Contacts.
Please login your Gmail and Go to "Contacts" option on the left of Gmail account.
Then you'll see a "more" menu. Click it and you'll see a drop-down menu.
Select "Export" contacts.
There are three models to export contacts out of Google account.
1. Export Group "My contacts" to Google CSV format.
Export Google contacts as csv
2. Export Group "My contacts" to Outlook CSV format. Export Google Contacts to Outlook CSV
3. Export Group "My contacts" to vCard format. So that you can import the contacts to Apple Address book or iOS devices.Such as import to iPhone, iPod touch, iPad. Export Group "My contacts" to vCard format

Now, import vCard file to iPhone

You can save the Google account contacts to computer as vCard file and download this iPhone contacts transfer program.

You may be familiar with cloud services, such as Dropbox, iCloud and so on. You can take advantage of Dropbox to sync contacts between BlackBerry phone and iPad.

  1. Download and install Dropbox on your BlackBerry. After signing up the app, you will get 2GB storage space for free.
  2. Click "Export Contacts to Dropbox" in your BlackBerry Contacts app. Then the contacts will be uploaded to the cloud.
  3. Install Dropbox on your iPad, and log in with the same account. You will see the contacts in Dropbox. You can download the contacts to your iPad at ease.
If you're using Gmail as your primary account on BlackBerry, your address book and calendar should be ready to pull down to iOS with minimal effort - iCloud can handle all of that stuff too. If you're using contacts on another service, like Yahoo! or Exchange, the situation is similar.
  1. Tap the Settings icon on your iPad's home screen.
  2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap Add Account, and tap the service you're currently using.
  4. Enter your login and password information.
  5. Select which types of content to sync.
Both methods can be helpful if you want to move contacts from BlackBerry to iPad, and they're totally free.

My blackberry 8520 stops reciving music halfway through when using bluetooth

firstly check to see if the format of the music you are sending is correct.
secondly make sure devices are both paired together
thirdly and most importantly make sure your blackberry device can receive the bluetooth connection. this is usually done by going to menu>media>select music> options and scroll down and select receive file via bluetooth or something to that effect.
blackberrys are not straight forward when it comes to sending files via bluetooth. hope this helps

Can receive files via blue tooth on blackberry but how to receive contacts from lg phone

You can send your contacts via Bluetooth, it'll be stored within the Documents folder. Open the vcf file - contact file and select Add to Contacts.

If this option is not available I would recommend sync-ing through Outlook. Put the LG software on to your computer and complete the sync. Then connect your BlackBerry and using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager you should be able to sync your contacts with Outlook.

We hope this helps!
