Hi Jo!

The website for this product is here. Just under the top picture of the machine is a link to download the manual if you didn't get it when you bought the machine. There's a customer service number at the back of the manual. They should be able to tell you how to get any parts you need.

Looks like a pretty neat machine. I hope you get it brewing soon!

My Dolce Gusto wouldnt open either so i simply pumped the silver handle ( with Dulce Gusto written on it) a few times and hey presto! it opened.

How do i use the dolce gusto i put a pod in of chocolate and the machine just kept going it wouldnt stop when tje cup was full
I'm not familiar with that model but oftentimes programming the quantity of water will involve pressing and continuing to hold the button down until the desired quantity of water has been dispensed. Next time you press and release the button and it should stop when that same quantity is in the cup because you holding the button last time has programmed it for that amount.
