The wheels have come away from the upper basket runners. I have bought new fittings, but don't know how to fit them. Do I just pull off the old ones (seems very hard to do and prising them will dent the metal inner casing), or do I have to take out and remove the sides? Many thanks.

You need to find out the motherboard make or a serial number. As this may have a slocket type fitted processor(on it's side) and makes you limited with fan types etc.

open the front door. On each side of the inside of the door are various long screws, unscrew these and the old door will fall off. discard the old door and follow the same steps in reverse to put the new door on. It took me 10 mins to do. Hope this helps

My Neff integrated dishwasher has two holding screws in the top corners and then two hidden screms half way down the side behind plastic covers. Loosen these side screws, remove the top two corner screws and then the door cover/panel should lift out of two lugs at the bottom.
