Turn on the tv all i get is a blue welcome screen and green blinking light . i pushing on button for 10 sec. to reset the tv turn still same thing
Good day!!!
That problem is usually cause of faulty capacitors on the power supply board..
Just follow this instruction to fix your TV..
1. Open the back cover of your TV.
2. Look at the power supply board..Its normally connected to the power cord..
3. After that,,try to look at the actual image of capacitors if it is bulged on the top so that you can easily determine the bad capacitors..
4. After that,,try to replaced the bad capacitors using soldering iron and soldering lead..replaced the capacitors only with the same type ratings and value..
5. Some of the capacitors not bulged so its better if have a capacitance meter

means the 12 volt line has a short some place. Look towards the inverters first.

My first move would be to inspect the power supply board for bad capacitors. look for a bulged or skinned capacitor. Even if these capacitors look good, they may be failing. You will need an ESR meter to check for current. You will need an ESR meter for this. Then you will need to check the Mfs with another type of capacitor checker. These two types of capacitor checkers will be a necessity to find these failing caps. If the caps and voltages check out fine in the power supply, you will of course need to inspect and check the capacitors in the signal board. Definitely, there are bad capacitors in one or both boards. I have not repaired this particular model, but the symptoms you describe, tell where to look. Thanks for asking and show all hand of support!
Testimonial: "Thanks for taking the time to respond. I will follow your suggestions. I think it's a great palce to start. Much appreciation."

The green blinking light is telling you the error code. count the number of blinks and make note of any sequence. Then google your make and model with blink codes added to the end. This will lead you to sights that will tell you what the error or blink code means.
