While cooking pizza oven started beeping and displayed showed F5. Don't know what error code F5 means.
This same thing happened to our circa 1995 kenmore limited. It would flash the F5 code 30 seconds after I tried to use any oven function. I reset the the board by cutting the power and turning it back on. It lasted for another 6-8 mos. and then I ended up replacing the main control with a new one that I got off ebay for $45.00.
It means that your oven is showing a restart code

Hi mrscottd,
The f5 indicates a loss of the relay drive circuit. To correct you can turn the power off to the range at the breaker box and wait about 10 minutes, then turn back on. This will reset the board. If the error returns you will need to replace the electronic range control (ERC). The part number for the control is # 338692 price $338.49 at Sears or My price $299.99 delivered. Good luck to you and please dont forget to rate me.

An F-1 error code on your model means the element was energized when it should not have been, A shorted interconnect harness or failed power relay board.
A probe indication could be a failed meat probe jack or bad harness in a unit that has one. In a unit without a meat probe, suspect a bad board.
Both conditions would warrant bringing in a tech.
Before you do, turn off the circuit breaker fot 3 miutes and turn it back on. This will reboot the boards. If problem persists, the call a service tech.

F1=Electronic range control failure
It is telling you may have a fauilty control...need to replace control
or EOC.
If you are an novice working over the control board. please do take the help of an authorised technician doing that.
