On my recent purchase of B&D product I was instructed to register my
customer appreciation code at www.VPXSYSTEM.com/ThankYou. How stupid - I reached some silly rental agency of Thailand. On Additional literature with the same product I was instructed to register my product at www.BlackAndDecker.com/Register. IMPOSSIBLE!!
Needless to say I WAS NOT successful in making contact to register at either email address.

I recently had the same problem and I re-entered the website with the proper capitalization and it took me to the proper website.

Why make it impossible to register a product? Does the company save canceled stamps or something? I want to register my product I bought - Where the hell is the website. I'm really frustrated!. A big company ought to at least know how to set up a web address where you can REALLY register a product.
Contact me now so I can register or I will never buy another Black and Decker product and will relate this stupid website to all my friends and family.
Had the same problem with web site address given. so after no luck i tried vpxsystems.com
no capitals, no www. no /thankyou. this took me to a page full of black and decker vpx systmes .com sites. click on anyone and it will take you to spxsystems web site. to left side of screen it will say register new tool...click it and it will say you need not register tool, but you may enter the thankyou contest. good luck. and remember when teh site given doesn't work...just try it several different ways...eventually you will find it.
Register a Black and Decker power tool? Not a chance!!!!! They don't have a web site and their e-mail registry doesn't work. GET YOUR OWN WEBSITE!
