I have Samsung LA32C400 LCD TV. Recently, some vertical lines appear on the screen, then colour changes, and sometimes the pictures doesn't move.

The picture shouldbe free of vertical or horizontal lines.

1. If the lines are present on the TV screen, press the SMARTbutton. on the remote control and select Settings> SUPPORT > Picture Test.
2. This menu will appear on the test picture. Select whichoption best describes the result you have.

It sounds that the LVDS cable; the cable that connects to T'Con board to LCD panel is loosely fitted. Check it first. If it is found OK, the panel itself should be suspected. The problem is the LCD panel went bad, it can't be repaired, you have to replace it.

I talked to a Samsung support helpline and it needs to be taken to a service center for repair.

Need to check the two things.

1st -- need to exchange T-con Board.
2nd -- need to exchange the cables between T-con & LCD panel or
between T-con & Main(LVDS cable)
