Child lock i cant take child lock off my tele as my remote control is broken, it is a nightmare andcannot find a remote to replace it to take it off how can i do this without a remote

I called Philips Magnavox to be sure because i have the same issue. Yes you do have to have the original remote and they do not sell it directly from the manufacturer.
