I think it might not be seen because it is in the wrong setting. Go to Settings, USB mode, and try switching it to the other mode. Then plug it in. It might see it now. Hope it helps :-)

Can you still switch the MP3 player on? if so... 1)Switch the MP3 player on and go to 'SETTINGS' 2)Try to restore the factory settings. This will NOT make the songs disappear from your MP3 player, but will reset the Custom EQ settings if you used them. I hope this helps.

Video converter for e250

You can get the Sansa Media Converter from Sandisk's website.

You must use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos. If the video is DRM-protected (many of Real's movies are), it may not actually convert. But if the video is DRM-free, then the Sansa Media Converter will perform the conversion and load the video onto the player. The Sansa Media Converter may or may not recognize certain file formats, so you may need to download an additional program such as Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real video to AVI format first - then the Sansa Media Converter will recognize the file.

Putting vidoes and pictures on my sansa E250

I have a Sansa e250 also.

Once the Media Converter is downloaded and installed on your computer, open it, plug your Sansa into the computer1.gif by USB5.gif cable, click "Add media". Then you should see a window that says "Add media" Select the media you want to put on your Sansa. Once the media is added, then click "Convert". After it is finished converting, it should be on your Sansa. Hope that helps!
