Yes you can. On tools, 18 volts is 18 volts. Tools don't 'know' how the power is being created, either by Ni-Cad or Li-Ion means. Chargers are totally different. Most Li-Ion chargers can charge older Ni-Cad and some Ni-MH batteries but older Ni-Cad chargers will charge Li-Ion battery untill they overheat and sometimes start on fire because older chargers can't detect when the Li-Ion batteries are full.
From the Playstation Store. Here are the ways to get to it:
"There are three ways to access the PlayStation Store. The PSP Go can directly download to itself, or users can also download then transfer the games from a Playstation 3 or the Media Go software on Windows based computers. All current downloadable PSP and Playstation games available for older PSP models will be compatible with the PSP Go. Sony has also confirmed that almost all UMD based PSP games released after October 1, 2009 will be available for download, and a majority of older UMD-only games will also be downloadable at that time."
If that is the case.. the manufacture of Playstation 3 have stop installing compability software to play a previous game on their new console.. so Playstation 2 or 1 game are not able to play on PS3..
I you want to play older game you can play using psx or pcsx2 emulator...
With the older FAT PS3, if you turn off the system from the main switch in the back then back ON. The red light should stop flashing. But if you do this and Power On again. Watch the color of the light. If it goes from red to yellow then flashing red light. Then this is the YLOD = Yellow Light Of Death. This can only be fixed by shipping it back to Sony ($150.00) or void the warranty and take the system apart to reflow the motherboard. There are guides on Youtube if you have the right tools. I have done the reflow many of times.
not sure but we have an older model ps2 about 8 years old and they said at store these new games have too much info for older ones to read. it sucks but i guess u could call sony and complain we just bought new ps2 for 99 dollars we have too many games and controllers to get new system. beside they'll probably come out with new system soon and that will be the latest thing.
That would be terrible, producing a video game that's not compatible with all models of a console. This is apparently not true, as all PS2s are designed to real dual-layer discs. Remember that many DVD movies are dual-layer, in fact. I think what's happening here is older PS2s are starting to become a little pickier and this dual-layer discs is proving an issue, not because of the game, but because the system is old and needs to be serviced. Here is the official explanation for your issue from the developer.
This may be caused by a faulty game disc, or problems with the PlayStation 2.
Check the disc for abrasions, scratches, and dust.
Ensure the PlayStation 2 is in a cool, well ventilated place.
Try the game on another PlayStation 2.
If necessary, take the game back to the point of purchase and exchange it for another disc.
If none of the above resolves the issue then this may indicate
a problem with your Playstation 2 and you will need to contact
Playstation Consumer/Technical support at (1-800-345-SONY).
