Keypad and camera ring light come on but no screen! it has bn shuting off an restarting itself for a week or more but now it wont *** on atall!
The frimware needs updating. Download it and then install it and it should work

i got the same problem 2 times. you can firmware update and fix your problem. the problem is you can not save your contact numbers and content in phone memory.
if you wish to firmware update you can go to Sonyericsson web site and download Update Service Software and install to your computer.
after install run update service in this time make sure your phone battery fully charged and you may have a fixed Internet connection.
Run update service and select your phone click next then it asking you to connect your phone with cable by press and holding "c" button on your keypad. then it will detect your phone and follow the simple instruction appere. important don't unplug your phone until process completed.

if u have tried it but invain then it can be the internal circuitry fault. u have to go to a repairshop..

im having problem with my k850i. The display went out but the keypad lights was still on and you can even hear the tones. After a few minutes the display comes back like normal. this is frequently happening to my k850i. Is this a software or hardware problem ? could any one help me ?
