I had the same "no input signal",and tried all of the "fixes" i could find without any luck.nothing was helping ,and i kept getting the "no input signal" message.i once had a remote control that would get frozen up ,and the only way to get it working was to :remove the battery's and push-n-hold the buttons down to discharge all memory.and thats how i got my,synaps mt5wbp, to finaly work.here is the fix:while holding the monitor upsidedown{buttons up},remove the power cord.then,push-n-hold the buttons for 10-15 seconds.all of them.you dont need to do all at once but it may help.do them all. my,synaps mt5wbp, has worked fine ever since i did this ,so give it a try.good luck.this worked on other things to.like my frozen TV remote control.

Hope this works for you.

You need to take the front cover off move the screen aside, and then there is a black cover underneath raise it and move the jumper to middle set. Then take put it back together it will work, MAYBE. It on mine but I had 2 of them 1 it did work, the other it didn't. Daniel

I have a synaps monitor model mt9bbk. The screan will go black and power led will flash.

Display Power management is being triggered because no input signal was detected. Verify that the video source is connected and on. (Computer, notebook, etc).
- Try another computer or laptop that you know is working properly.
- Do you see any change on the screen if the display cord is completely disconnected (often a "Test" or "Check Cable" message appears). - Inspect the signal cable from the monitor - worn? Any places where the cable was bent to an extremely small (acute) angle? (less than 75 degrees?) Try gently moving the cable around at either end and see if you get a partial signal on the screen (while connected to the computer). If you do, the signal cable is damaged, if possible replace it. try: www.monoprice.com

How do i switch my monitor to vga input?

Plug in the VGA cable to the monitor, and to the computer.

The monitor automatically determines which inputs have a valid signal source.

You can also set the monitor's source of video input to VGA, by going to the On Screen Display menu, and the Switch Video Input option.

Here is the User Manual,

I changed some setting for the computer resolution and now my monitor just says no input signal..the hard drive turns on and then goes into sleep mode and says no input signal. How can i fix this problem?

Possible reason is that input signal goes out of range that probably a Screen refresh rate that the monitor cannot handle. Instead of bursting into flames, the monitor shuts itself
down as a protection feature. Look at the monitor manual if you got one.

Safe Mode should allow the monitor to work in the problem account.

Try this.

Boot in Safe Mode (see below)
Switch users to the problem account
Right click the desktop
Select Properties
Click the Settings tab
Click the Advanced button
Click the Monitor tab
Select: Hide modes that this monitor cannot display
Select a different Screen refresh rate
Click Apply twice and then Click OK

Or try this:-
power on the system and press and hold F5.
When a screen appers with some option, try to find a option something realted with VGA setting.
Click that option and let pc start normally.
It will surely work

My computer is on.. but my screen wont turn on . The red light on the botton of screen is blinking and it says DIGITAL POWER SAVING MODE on the screen. how do i make my monitor work ! (:

When the monitor detects no input "signal", it goes to "sleep", to consume less power.

Check that the "data" cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the VGA-output on the back of your computer.

Or, try connecting the monitor to a different computer, to see if the monitor works at all.

Or, try connecting a different monitor to your computer, to see if your computer's video-card is working correctly.
