I forget my user password so what i doing.

I do google your problem and look to the lenovo G500 manual.

BIOS password problems I forgot my password. • If you forget your user password, you must ask the system administrator to reset your user password. • If you forget your HDD password, a Lenovo authorized servicer cannot reset your password or recover data from the hard disk. You must take your computer to a Lenovo authorized servicer or a marketing representative to have the hard disk drive replaced. Proof of purchase is required, and a fee will be charged for parts and service. • If you forget your administrator password, a Lenovo authorized servicer cannot reset your password. You must take your computer to a Lenovo authorized servicer or a marketing representative to have the system board replaced. But in my own way of troubleshooting.
1. open your Lenovo G500
2. Check your motherboard and look for bios/cmos battery.
3. Remove the battery
4. Get flat screw driver then put it between two pins where the cmos battery attached.
5. Hold it for 10 to 15 sec.
6. Put the cmos battery back and the motherboard
7. Power it up and holla the bios setting has been reset to default.

The easiest way to recover entry to your router is to hard reset the router by using the tip of a pen and pushing it into the reset button on the router for at least 15 seconds. The router should then reset to defaults, which includes the user name and password.
The default user name and password should be listed somewhere on the router. If it isn't, then search online with your router's model number to find the default user name and password and default IP address. For example:
IP Address: 192.168.1.1
Username: admin
password: password

Your router may be different but it should be somewhat similar to my example.

If you have another account on your laptop that has administrator rights, log in into that account and change the password for your account (click on switch account to log in). If you have an administrator account (even if you don't try putting in Administrator and leave password field blank) try using that account to reset the password, otherwise try one of the following:

- or if anything else didn't work you can use thrid party software from Hiren's Boot CD http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/Hirens.BootCD.12.0.zip

generally, if you forget your windows user account password, you need to reinstall windows because that will eliminate any user passwords. If you had a computer user password that is not a windows user password, you may be able to do that by getting into the setup for the BIOS. Please let me know if this is a windows password.

I CANT CHANGE NEW USER NAME AND PASSWORD

Was it in the BIOS as supervisor or in the windows section. If BIOS change password by entering blanks(spacebar) else create a new user, login, and modify the old password or delete that users account.........sodeep

as the bios was reset the harddrive password was removed from the bios memory.

To get the password unlocked you will need to remove the harddrive from the laptop, buy a adapter so you can connect it to your pc and then do a few things Il tell you about later if your going to do it.

otherwice you can take the harddrive to a shop to be unlocked / reset to defaults.

for bios password remove bios cell or clear bios by jumper setting changing.
for logon password start pc with safe mode.and remove the password
