This problem can be solved by hard formatting your phone in case your phone has this option.

To find our you would have to refer to the manual.

Else, the best option is to go to a service station and ask them to reload the software or the firmware of the phone as it seems to be corrupted.

Sajjad

PLEASE HELP TURN OFF SAFE MODE

To get turn off Safe Mode, please try the following.
1. Touch and Hold the Power key.
2. Tap Power off.
3. Once the phone is off, Touch and then Hold the Power key again to restart.
The phone should now be out of Safe Mode.
However, if the Safe Mode is still running after you restart your phone, I would then check to make sure your Volume Down button is not stuck. Check to see if it has anything stuck in it as well, dust, etc. Anything like this can cause the phone to go into, and get stuck in, Safe Mode.
If that doesn't work try this...
Use the Status Bar to turn off Safe Mode. Pull down (swipe) the status bar of your Samsung Galaxy S6. Now tap the "Safe Mode" button. This should turn Safe Mode off. Now your phone will automatically restart, so that it boots up out of Safe Mode.
Hope it helps you:-))

Need help on how to disable safe mode box on my cell phone screen

If your phone is STUCK in Safe Mode though and restarting it or pulling the battery doesn't seem to help at all then it could be a hardware issue like a problematic volume key (key might be stuck)

How do I get out of safe mode? I have removed battery for several minutes and power cycled the phone and still it wont do anything when i touch the screen and says safe mode.

You have to do the battery but you also have to restart after 10 minutes do restart again without taking battery out. Leave battery out for 10 minutes before doing the first restart then after the first restart has completely rebooted do one more restart. This should solve the problem,

Will not boot in to windows keep reseting error. 100a biohd -8 hd535-3 hd535-6 hd521-4 hd521-2

boot your laptop in safe mode by pressing F8 while starting the computer. follow this link http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/malwarebytes/mbam-setup-1.51.1.1800. download and install antimalwarebyte while in safe mode. Run a complete scan, restart the laptop, update your antivirus and do a complete scan and you will be good. If your laptop restarts when trying to boot into safe mode, then you need to repair your Operating system with its original disk. This would solve your problem. Please give me a feedback

HTC phone in safe mode, can this be fixed

Hi, When you're done troubleshooting problems with your HTC Hero in Safe Mode,
you will need to go through steps to boot it regularly and remove it from Safe Mode.

To do so, turn off the phone. Then while its off, hold the Menu and Power until the phone boots. The Hero should then no longer be in Safe Mode

Start the phone and uninstall apps in safe mode

If your phone keeps restarting, or it starts up but does not display the Home screen, a recently installed application may be causing the issue.

When this happens, try starting up your phone in safe mode. In this mode, your phone does not run any third-party applications. Safe mode allows you to start up your phone successfully so you can uninstall any applications that you have recently installed or which may be stopping your phone from starting up correctly.

To start up your phone in safe mode, press the END CALL/POWER button and hold the MENU button until your phone restarts and displays the Home Screen. You will see "Safe mode" displayed at the bottom-left side of your phone screen. When your phone is in safe mode, follow the same steps in Removing installed apps to uninstall the third-party applications.

After you finish uninstalling the applications, restart your phone and check if the issue is resolved.

Hope it helped.

Thanks for using fixya....

No programs, no buttons work, mouse works, starts but thats it

Restart and keep pressing F8 key. Select safe mode option. IF it will boot into safe mode ok then go to start->all programs->Accessories->system tools->system restore. REstore computer back to previous date.
If this will not be possible.Restart and keep pressing F8 key and select safe mode with command prompt. In command prompt window type in "chkdsk /r " this will run checkdisk and restore missing files.
Please leave your feedback if issue was solved
