Hearing loss thank you for your quick reply, i would like to ask if the wireless headphones sennheiser rs140 would be suitable for my requirement, that i can listen to tv and not cut the sound from the tv speakers so that my family can also listen at a more normal level. thank you johnkadas

I suffer from hearing loss badly. I've had three different Sennheiser headphones over the years so I can listen to the TV at a level good for me without it blasting for the rest of the House. The ones I have currently are HDR 170 they are AWESOME! Can adjust bass treble as well as volume up and down but they are very comfortable over the ear headphones. Their best feature is the way they sound. Man you won't be disappointed especially listening to music through these. They're great! Cordless, rechargeable, long playing too. I get about a good 12 hrs out of a chargecould get more but want them for the night. Hope this helped. Go to a store that sells them if you can maybe Best Buy etc. try em out. Then shop for cheapest price as they're not cheap.
