I can't apply vista themes which i have download from internat as i have window vista home premium

I have such problem since so many days as i can't download any vista themes from internet and if i download it then i can't apply it.give me solution as soon as possible. i download the themes but i dont know how to apply it  can anyone help???

update your vista to microsoft it can help a lot like SP2 and SP3 updates. Direct X, and others, and also it will smooth your PC operations. but some update need to specify if it is a 32 bit or 64 bit OS.

You can either use VistaGlazz or tune up utilities.
You can download Vista Glazz from http://www.codegazer.com/vistaglazz/downloads/
and you can download tuneup utilities form http://www.tune-up.com/download/
tune up utilities is shareware.. you use the trial version for 30 days.

you can do a search on the Internet, there a lots of theme, wall paper, and screen save.
just download what you want and install it.
right click on any blank area on the desktop, select personalize, select Theme, or screen saver.
click on the drop down and select the theme or screen saver you want and click on apply and OK.

The error you are getting says that the theme can not be loaded because theme service is not running, so to start the themes service press WIN+R on your keyboard, type "services.msc" in the run box (without commas) and from the list that opens, find the theme service and start/enable it.
