Water panel not getting wet

Is there 24 volts at the solenoid valve when blower motor is running? If there is water at the inlet side of valve then either the solenoid is bad or it is not receiving 24 volts.

There is no water getting to the unit and the water line is ok

Hello, first check the strainer on the inlet side of the solenoid valve, if there is sediment built up clean it and reinstall, if the strainer is clean and you are getting 24 volts to the solenoid valve and it is not allowing water thru replace it.

No water coming out of egress outlet of solenoid when humidifier is on and water is on.

Hello, verify if the valve is getting 24 volts, if it is and the solenoid is not opening then replace it. If it is not getting 24 volts then start at the transformer and work you way toward the solenoid to see where there is no voltage.

Water not going into the humifier

The first thing to check is if you are getting 24 volts to the solenoid valve, if you are and it is not opening to let the water in then u need a new solenoid vlave. If you are not getting 24 volts check to see if you are getting 24 volts at transformer, if not then turn off power to to the transformer and check itls continuity on the secondary side, if no continuity then the transformer must be replaced. Also make sure the saddle valve is open and that the inlet strainer at the solenoid valve is clean and no sediment is built up in it restricting water flow.

Water runs to the solenoid, but doesntt pass through it... Do I need a new solenoid?

Check to see if you are getting 24 volts to the solenoid valve, if you are but the solenoid valve does not click open then the valve is most likely bad. Another thing you can do is apply 24 volts directly to the solenoid valve from the transformer if it does not open then the vlave is bad.

Aprilaire 600 problem

It sounds like you got it...

The solenoid will not open with only 13 volts to it. Jump or apply the full 24-27 volts to the solenoid and see if it clicks and opens and allows water to flow.

If the valve still won't open or pass water, start looking for a plugged inlet solenoid inlet screen or a faulty solenoid valve as well as a faulty humidistat.

My dishlex dishwasher overflows

The only part that physically allows water to enter a dishwasher (upon receiving power from the control) is the inlet water-valve. I would test the inlet water-valve located directly where you in-coming water line is connected to.

Shut-off power to the dishwasher and remove the 2 prong connection to the water-valve solenoid (small, black, batter size). Test the solenoid for continuity; if bad, replace the entire inlet water-valve (cost about $20)
