I change all components in vertical section but the he picture is shaking
You have to get into its service mode adjustment window to adjust this. Service mode adjust window, is entirely different to that of Menu window. Just visit this site, and pull up older posts there. You can see the proceedings to how to enter service mode to Thomson TVs. For more details, just type in the site name "Electro-help" to
your search engines' search box [not in the address bar of your browser],
and click search. It is an electronic
equipments service help site. All
details you want are there. Note
the position of hyphen in between words in site name, when you type it
in. The site will appear as it
is in web; subtitled as Service help to electronic home entertainment
equipments.
Pull up older posts.
You can get all details. You can locate it
either at the bottom part of first search page, or at the top of second page.
Detailed descriptions are there to help you.
Sometimes, clicking on advertisements by the side and
bottom of each post might help you to get details about the availability of
spare parts; price etc:-

If the TV supports it, you can go into service mode by press ing the following on the remote control:
062596 i
This will take you into a service menu. It also changes channel as you press the keys, so change to a used channel to get a picture back.
I am not familiar with this model, but the principles should be the same.
Using the remote control to navigate the menu, you are looking for "allignments", and from there "Vertical Amplitude" or V/AMP or VA or similar.
BE CAREFUL when making adjustments, as you can permanently damage the TV if you adjust any critical settings.
When making changes, make a note of the original setting so you can put it back if its not the right option. Also only make changes 1 notch at a time. It will be obvious when you have the correct option, so if nothing is happening after 2 or 3 notches, then put it back. This will minimise risk to the TV.
When you have finished, look for a "Save settings" option, if not just press standby to get out of the service menu.

Hi,
Vertical linearity is more of a DCV bias issue rather than feedback or AC coupling. Hence it would be more apt to suspect resistors rather than capacitors. Of course, it is also possible that the large IC that drives the Vertical output maybe at fault (least likely) but often would have trimpots for adjustment. Most current designs do away with trimpots and rely on self correcting (feedback loop) which is simply a resistor in the 100k range. In certain instances, it could be a thermistor or resistor or diode limiter attached to the yoke itself.
Best would be to use a service manual or at the very least a schematic diagram with voltage readings and compare actual on PCB against schematic.
If you could post back the make & model or preferably the chassis number of the TV, might be able to comment back known common vertical issues.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.

Check and replace all the electrolytic capacitors at the vertical output section circuit. There will be 5 or 6 of them. Replace all at same time. If it do not help you, you have to enter its service mode option to adjust the vertical leanearity of the picture. It is a skilled job. The service mode window is entirely different to that of Menu window. You must have through knowledge in electronics to follow. Improper adjustment to this window might make TV irrepairable.
