Karen, I am the social media coordinator for ARY VacMaster. Most times when this problem arises with a new machine, it's because there are packing spacers on the under side of the lid that weren't removed. Pull those off and try again. If that doesn't work, Give our technical support department a call at (800) 821-7849. You can always "like" us on Facebook (www.Facebook.com/aryvacmaster) and ask questions to us directly there too. Hope this helps. You can contact me there for quicker answers. :-)

Testimonial: "This was solution #1. The second one is the press the top down during the vacuuming stage. Apparently when the seal is new it isn't flexible enough for the magnet to draw the top tight enough. Thanks for your help."

I've been fighting the same problem for some time and recently experimented with the bags not the machine. If you take the open end of the bag you are trying to vacuum seal and Wrinkle it really well, the VacMaster Pro 130 will work properly again without the EO1 error code popping up.

Hi,

Please make sure that vacuum bag was inserted as directed. And you can double check that the foam gasket is not broken. Page 10 of the product manual should offer you more steps to get your machine's suction back. Thank you.

My vacmaster PRO 130 When plugging it in I hit the on button it says E02 on the screen. What do I Do ?

First off, check the manual that came with the vacuum. In the 'Troubleshooting' section, there is a list of error codes specific to your model. If you don't have the manual, I'd suggest making sure the vacuum conduit (the 'tube') is clear of debris. String, thread, pet-hair... loose, stringy material may snag and clog the vacuum. use a utility knife to cut it free before testing.
