Hp dc 7100 cmt models sound drivers not available on hp site

Have you ugraded the OS? If so, it's a common issue. Is that the only issue? Open Device Manager, anything else listed as Unknown Devices?

and then download the ethernet drivers for all operating system by clicking on download button listed next to
Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Drivers for Multiple Operating Systems
and then depending on the operating system, install the drivers and restart the system and then check the device manager

Hello, if it's the latest hp drivers you require, then just go on the hp website; www.hp.com click on the 'Support & Drivers' link near the top of the page, and you'll be directed to input your model number and operating system then you can choose to download whatever is available, and it will be that latest available. All the drivers for that model are available straight from HP click here to download. Im assuming your operating system is XP. Cheers from Scott and plz vote

Select your PC on the left and you should be able to download your drivers.

You can download the drivers from the Compaq/HP WEB support/download page. Make sure you select your model computer and the XP or Vista Windows version of the drivers you require and install them. Click on this link to download the drivers: -

Goto your device manager

-start; control panel; system; click the hardware tab; device manager

Expand sound,video, audio controllers

Click update drivers on whichever ones you downloaded recently.

Also in the control panel, goto sounds and audio devices.

Set your new soundcard to default in your hardware tab, and change your audio setup if needed.
