There are different solutions to this problem:
1) You can get the GPRS settings from any of your friends who is using N70 handset.
2) Contact your service provider to get the GPRS settings.
3) Go to below mentioned site, you will get an idea how to set your GPRS settings

Make sure that your mobile GPRS settings are active, if not
activate it.
For Globe subscribers:
For a list of compatible MMS & GPRS handsets, send
NOKIA, ERICSSON or SAMSUNG (depending on your handset model) to 2365.
Note: Regular text messaging charges will apply.
To get your phone's settings, text GO (handset model) to
2951. Example, GO N3650. (For a list of compatible handsets, do as instructed
above)
Note: For Nokia 6220, 6600, and 6820, text GO (handset
model),, 1234 and send to 2951. Make sure to type in the two commas before the
1234 PIN.

Enter 1234 when asked for PIN to save settings.

Send an MMS message for only P5.00 to activate the service.
(or)
just request your service provider for GPRS settings , so that they will send you the settings to be saved, now you can activate and use the Net ans also the MMS service.
