My TCL 2027U's child lock in on and I can't unlock it

The child lock in on and I can't open the TV anymore. What do I do (I don't have the remote, it's broken)

    i can change the channel of my tcl 2027 TV because it's in child lock mode. Can anyone help me how to unlock it? because the remote control is already broken.

Kapag naCHILD LOCKED tapos hindi na maopen ang TV,,,pero nakastandby sya...sira na din ang remote....

Have a nice day same prob i buy a second hand TCL tv with model: LED24D20-BL when i buy the tv it has already attach with a converte the tv was no remote i already try a univeraql remote but it won't work so i used conerter,today i want to set the color i accidentally press the lock because the button was grounded and the language is arabic..i try to on in offthe tv was show a picture look like a lock then after 5 mins it will remain on TCL only pls help me to unlock it thank a lot

My tv is on child lock mode i can the channel nor turn it up nor down i done have a remote for the.tv its broken can u pleaee tell me how to turn it off how to take off the child.lock on my tv with out a remote

Aren't there any buttons on the TV itself?With the newer flat screens,they are usually somewhere along the edge,barely even noticeable because they are the same color as the TV.Although it would be strange,if you do not have any buttons on the TV please let me know.You also could use a universal remote.If you have one in the house already set to another TV,you could reprogram it for your flat screen.If that is an option because of no buttons,please let me know the make of your TV and I will send you a link to a couple of sites which I commonly use for TV codes.I rarely hear back from people so they must be well updated.If you have any questions or need more help,just comment here and I will get an autolink to your post and reply ASAP.I really encourage responses so I can follow up properly as I know where you stand and asking someone else restarts all the explaining because we cannot see other 'Expert's' responses.Good luck,Greg

Go to Google, and type in, 'how to disable child lock for TV model #' (type in the model of your TV); or you may be able to utilize the buttons directly on the TV that would allow you to access the menu that would display the option to disable the child lock function.

Unlock TCL-21276 child lock without a remote please help
Okay Welkins, try to power of the tv and power it on by keep on pressing POWER-BUTTON and MENU-BUTTON at the same time,... and see if the tv start into de menu mode....if it does...just keep on using volume "up and "down" button combined with channel "up" and "down" buttons to select an reach the UNLOCK-MODE...most of the time the MENU button will be the enter button after each sellection....hoping to inform you correctly I remain,Yours Friendly.

Codes for TCL TV on the Chunghop universal remote
most universal remote would work like this... press butons tv and power on at same time till red light of remote lights still. then press 110. then presto, it works... i hope i help in a way.
