While in browser, open settings (bottom left button) and change display setting. The s3 has separate display settings for browser and general phone. Hope this helps.
All you have to do is turn off the power saving mode. Settings- scroll down to device section then you will see power saving is green"On" turn it "off" gray.Â

Pull ur status bar down and scroll over till you see "Power Saving" then click it to deactivate.
That's not entirely true... if he doesn't have powersaving on lol.. but all you have to do whether power savings is on or off is slide down the top of your screen and under all the lil buttons it will have a bar for brightness. un-tick the auto box and slide the bar to w/e you want.
