Cd changer is jammed in denon dcm 360 5 cd changer

It was working.  Then i must have put the cd in not quite flush.  It closed fine, but now it is jammed, and i cant get the device to play or open.  Can you recommend a way to get it open without damaging anything?

Same things happened, except the CD fell behind the turn-table and jammed. I got the CD out of the player but now the drawer won't open or play.

I have a denon DCM-360 still working --but certain discs it does not recognize --these are CDs I just bought from amazon, still sealed (Dutton label).

The only thing to think of is to try a cd cleaner. Some have very fine brushes to clean the dust mites out. Typically the player is on it's way out when this starts to happen but I hope that I am wrong. Good luck to you

How to remove a jammed cd out of a car cd player

I hope you don't use the DCM-360 in your car. You should be able to eject the CD, with pressing the eject button, several times. It could be the eject mechanism is defect, or someone pressed the CD too far, r even some debris came in the player, after the ce was inserted.
In most cases, you really should remove the player en open it. to avoid more damage than already exists

My DCM-360 has stopped playing discs after my moving house. It spins the carousel, picks up the disc and then puts it down without spinning the disc up. Laser problem or disc-spinning-motor problem or...

Had a similar problem with my Denon. When I inserted CD it takes it in but immediately stops - like it doesnt sense the CD. Same problem with Single or Multi changer. Removed cover, removed reader ( 4 screws) and found lens had fallen out. Cleaned, reinstalled with touch of super glue on rim - works fine.

CD carousel won't rotate. Opens and closes fine, but will not change discs in either the open or closed position.

gears may have something obstructing them. Check and clean with dustaway. Gears may be broken jammed or slipping belt.

The tray is jammed in and I can't get it to open or do anything.

Try taking the unit apart and see what could be causing this.

Denon DCM 5000 error code

The disc is loaded upside-down in the disc rack or the disc is dirty or scratched, try another disc and make sure the top side (label side with printing) is facing towards the back of the rack, away from you. The bottom or data side should face out towards the front of the rack. If that does not work then your laser picups inside may need cleaning. Make sure your disc is clean and now scratches.

Denon DCM 370 5 disc changer does not show all discs!

Probably drive belt that rotates the carosel inside is not lining up properly,or the belt that moves the laser mech into position, sounds like its just not lining up properly
