Look for the "Date & Time" command in the Setup menu (camera-and-wrench icon).

SOURCE: Can't reset Date & Time

What you have to do is go to the icon with the spanner (as shown above) and keep tabbing down. There are more options than just the ones you see in the screen (not just High Power , Auto, Set Tag, On), keep going down and it will show you the other options. You will see the date change icon about 7 or 8 down.

SOURCE: reset date/time stamp

Here is the only information I could find for you. This is a link to the extended user manual. You want to look in two different places. The 1st place to look is "setting up your camera". From there there is a heading for setting up the date and time and language. The 2nd place would be "Doing more with your camera"

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: kodak ZD710 when I turn the camera on the only

It could be something more serious, or as simple as inserting fresh/fully charged batteries, but the problem you describe is frequently due to corroded battery contacts inside the camera. Remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a clean cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a fine wire brush, steel wool, or fine sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, clean the contacts at both ends of the batteries, and reinsert them in the camera. This cleaning cures the problem about 90% of the time, and I hope it works for you.

How can i use my kodak easyshare zd710 as a web cam?

You can't. The ZD710 is designed to store images and videos to memory, not to stream video live to another device.

Sorry that wasn't the answer you wanted to see, but there it is.

Can i use my kodak ZD710 digital camera as a web cam

I don't know why I bother to keep answering this particular question, because the few who bother to rate my answer rate it as if they hold me personally responsible for the camera's design, but here goes anyway.

No. The ZD710 was designed as a camera, storing high resolution images (and videos) to a memory card. It was not designed as a web cam, to stream low resolution videos live to another device.
