I just bought the hfblu-10k bluetooth headset today. i followed instructions to sync it with my lg vx5300 verizon phone and my phone was unable to detect the headset. i also tried syncing it with my acer extensa 4420 laptop with no results

    This happened to me. I tried to sync the HFBLU-10K to my Samsung Siren phone and it didn't recognize it. I don't know how to solve the problem. I will probably take it back

    I have the same problem I tried syncing the HFBLU-10K to my MotoRAZR V3 and it didn't detect anything

    I am trying to do it on my Motorola W385. It seems as if the bluetooth has a hard time connecting to it could it be because of a poor connector or something.

    I had the same problem but I held the on/end button longer than the 5 secs the guides says to hold it for and the button turns blue/red and then I was able to pick up the headset. I am unsure how I would use this on my laptop.

    I just bought my HFBLU-10K and I am unable to make connections on my LG slide phone I am very upset because I was looking forward to using my new bluetooth. What am I to do besides taking it back to TJ Maxx where I purchased it.

I was given this bluetooth after a buddy of mine could'nt figure it out. I figured out how to sync it by following that longer than 5 secs. idea that's posted here. I did'nt have a manual so I just put in "0000" and it worked! So try that...Good Luck. Thanx4Hating

Okays guys just hold the button more than 5 secs and the it will go to pairing mode lights flashinf blue ans red

Bluetooth headset will not pair up with my LG DARE Phone, My phone trys to add it, but it cannot find the device to connect
Had the same problem. Paired fine with multiple devices (headset, computer, auto.) Then all of sudden BT will not connect. Cannot re-pair (unable to find device(s)). Had 1st phone replaced. Within about 6 months, the 2nd Dare did the same thing.

for iphone : set your phone to scan for wireless device

the hold the big button on the blue tooth once it flashes blue DO NOT LET GO! keep holding it till it flashs red and blue red and blue then let go and it should find it instantly then press on the BK-600 word and enter the 0000 code and you should be all set.

I have a cellular innovations bluetooth headset model number HFBLU-10K and I am trying to sync it with my iphone and I am having trouble. Is it compatible with the iphone? Lynda
yes, this item is definately compatible to the iphone. try this:

1) turn bluetooth unit completly off
2) make sure bluetooth function in your phone is turned on
3) from the off position hold down the (mfb) or power button as if you were turning on the unit
4) you will see a blue light indicating the btooth is powering on DO NOT LET GO OF BUTTON
5) after blue light you will see red and blue light start to flash together..when you have achieved this state you can let go of the button
6) go to your phones btooth menu and go to where it says add a device or search for devices(terminology different in every phone)
7) your phone should search and find it, it will come up as hfblu-10k.. after it finds it just follow the prompts your phone gives to complete the set-up. FYI password is "0000"

Need a users guide (instructions)
For Cellular Innovations Mini Blue HFBLU-AX1C.
To Pair with Your Phone....

1. Turn OFF Bluetooth Headset
2. With Headset within 1 Ft of your phone, hold down power key for about 8 seconds until indicator light blinks in red and blue color quickly (in pairing mode)
3. Search bluetooth device through your mobile phone.
4. Select HFBLU-AX1C in the bluetooth device list and enter the password 1234.
