While it is in my pocket as locked, frequently voice command has been activated without any operation. Or sometimes it was connected to the internet. I guess it is too sensitive or something is wrong. How can I fix it.

Voice command is activated by the side button that is alone (right side if your facing the phone's screen) when the phone is closed. I don't know how to prevent the phone from doing that, but I do know how to make sure the phone does not say "Please say a command."
Menu Settings and Tools (Far right icon) Tools (#2 on the list) Voice Commands (#1 on the list) Hit settings, which is going to be the right bumper button (above the CLR key) Go to prompts (#5 on the list) Mode (#1 on the list) It will be currently set on prompts, which is why it says "Please say a command." You can either set it to readout or tones only. Tones produces a short beep. Readouts only displays text (no noises). Being that you have your phone on silent, I assume you want readouts.
That will at least prevent stop the phone from making random statements in your pocket. Hope this helps.
I have a 2006 A8 and if you need help with the command say "help mmi" or when you are in one of the following modes: radio, CD, or Navigation. you can say "help ." This should provide you with all the commands the voice command can understand.
You should be able to add a voice tag while editing the contact. You may also be able to simply activate voice dialing and press the voice dial button and say the name of the person and it will automatically dial for you. Try doing that.

its a common problem with voice commanders...as one cannot expect a low end processing device to process your voice with 100% accuracy...even the best of best voice processors that run on high end computers are about 80-90% accurate...I suggest you reinstall the voice commander and re-create the voice tags...
