You have a firmware fault will require tech to fix they have access to the copier operating system firmware, which is company secret no public so only dealerships and KMBS have access

Unfortunately the only way I know of synchronizing the hands is to remove the glass. I am assuming your clock has a plastic glass which is held in by 3 knibs which protrude into the case.
Examine the edge of the glass and locate one of the knibs, with a small screwdriver gently but firmly push this knib in and pull the glass up to release it. Once out you can position all the hands at exactly 12 o'clock by pushing them gently (don't take them off). Replace the glass and your done!

Unfortunately the hour glass symbol remaining on the screen is indicative of a firmware failure.
Unless you're a real wizard and know how to reload the firmware, you'll need the support of an onsite engineer.

If there is a hour glass shape to the image but convergence is normal, there are 2 possibilities. You either have a pincushion correction problem or if the hour glass seems to be moving, it will be an open filter capacitor in the power supply.

Unless you are electronically inclined troubleshooting this issue will require a factory trained service technician. You can expect to spend $300-$400 to fix this.

It's the tube going out. You need to replace it. If you want to stay with CRT monitors, you should be able to pickup a used one for around $10.00 on Craigslist.
