Calibration settings for this set video

Vizio Service Menu Method 1
1.Turn The TV off.
2.Press and hold the {CH +} & {CH -} buttons on the TV.
3.Then press and release the {POWER} button on the TV.
4.Release the {CH +} & {CH -} buttons.
5.Now press the {MENU} button on the remote.
6.You should get your regular menu up, but with a "F" in the bottom right corner of the menu (This is for factory).
7.Press and hold the {MENU} button for few seconds.
8.The Service Menu will be displayed.

1.Turn The TV off.
2.Press and hold the {CH +} & {CH -} buttons on the TV.
3.Then press and hold the {POWER} button on the TV.
4.Keep all three buttons pressed for few seconds.
5.Now press the {MENU} button on the remote.

8.The Service Menu will be displayed.

1.Press and hold the {EXIT} button on the remote for 3 seconds then release it.
2.Then press the {1} {2} {3} buttons on the remote.

THIS MAY SOUND A LITTLE STRANGE,BUT FIRST, HIT YOUR RESET BUTTON, THEN SET THE CORRECT DATE AND TIME. THEN POWER ON AND OFFA FEW TIMES. IT WORKED FOR ME.GOOD LUCK.

Color image is coming out black and white

does it happen on the any input or just on tv setting?
if it's judt tv then sounds like the tuner, if it's on any input, then the video chip or a decoder on that board.

Ps3 plays audio but does not show image on tv

Well you can just use the hdmi cable if you're going both audio and video in to your tv. With your hdmi cable you get the best quality for both.

But in anycase, it seems that your PS3 is set up to output video via HDMI cable. To reset our video output settings, simply power down your PS3 (turned off) and hold down the power button until you hear the second beep. (around 5-10 secs) Power back up and hopefully you'll have video via your av cable. Hope this helps.
