I have a 32 GB Verbatim Store N Go USB drive, all of it PW protected on my computer at work. It used to work on my pc but doesn't this time. The drive displays as PublicZone(E) and a folder .Trashes, which is empty. When I right click on the E drive on properties, it's capacity says 7.96 MB, 1.65 MB used and 6.30 MB free space. I know that I have about 13 GB used on the 32 GB drive. What is the problem?

SOURCE: verbatim usb drive 8 gb help

Sounds like the VSafe100 program is corrupt or missing. You can download it from verbatim.
Then make sure when you run the program you set the privacy zone size to 0 MB.

I'll bet right now your privacy zone size is set close to maximum only showing you approximately 3MB of space.
