Hi all I am using friend caller promo last 3 month but now when i dial any no its says not found could u plz tell me what is the problem

Caller ID
If you subscribe to caller ID service, information about each caller appears after the first or second ring. If you answer a call before the caller information appears on the screen, it will not be saved in the caller ID log. The caller ID log stores up to 50 entries. Each entry has up to 24 digits for the phone number and 15 characters for the name. If the telephone number has more that 15 digits, only the last 15 digits appear. If the name has more than 15 characters, only the first 15 characters are shown and saved in the caller ID log. Review a caller ID log entry Press CID when the phone is not in use. Scroll to browse through the caller ID log. When the desired entry appears: Press repeatedly to show different dialing options. There are 3 Flexible Feature buttons under the horizontal display. When you are on a call, the display will show "Transfer" over the last button. Press that button, which will automatically put the caller on hold, pick up an intercom and prompt you to enter the extension to transfer the caller to. Enter the ext. number and tell your employee who is on the call, and heng up - the caller will be connected automatically. Or, after dialing the ext. to transfer the caller to, just hang up and the call will ring through. Good Luck!
