1.Recover Refrigerant

2.Change Drier

True upright freezer. coil fan not running.

Let it run. Coil temperature has to be low enough for the fan delay switch to close.

Do you know where I can get the defrost heat element for a True freezer T-49, in Dallas, Tx.

Try refrigeration hardware service out of Colorado. I'm not sure they sell to the end user, give them a try.
