Go in control panel click on Add or remove programs or programs and features Look for Bing Desktop or something like that. And double click it to uninstall.After the uninstall is done reboot the computer then it should be gone.
Please turn off the computer, start hitting F8 at the start-up and then
choose last known good configuration. If this does not work, choose Safe
mode options. If still does not work, please try to restore the computer to factory settings. You can try to hit F11 or F10 at the startup to initiate recovery. If not working, please tell me what error message you get on the screen.
First try pressing F2 at start up to see if you can get to setup. Also pressing F12 may get you a boot menu. If cd is already set as first boot you may get a chance to boot from a Windows cd. The idea here is to get to a minimal Windows configuration like setup or safe mode (F8) to see if this is a hardware or operating system fault. you must have disconnected it while the pc was running.damage can occur while doing this as can a keyboard (they are not like USB devices that can be plugged and unplugged while "hot".)
