How to fix nintendo3ds game if on the munu the game is not there

When ever i put the game in & turn on 3ds the game wont read

This could also be an issue with the card reader and there could be bent pins or the card reader may need to be replaced

Robinson is assuming that the game cartridge is an R4. Either way, follow the instructions that he gave you, such as cleaning the connectors (the golden looking things on the back of the card) and making sure that the card is firmly placed in the slot. Blowing on the slot or cartridge does not always work! If the card in question is indeed an R4 card, make sure that you have the latest firmware installed for it. When 3DS updates arrive, they prevent the card from showing up, and only updated firmware can solve the problem. Lastly, if the cartridge is from another country, such as Japan, it will be unable to play on the system if yours is from the U.S. due to region locking.

It means the Nintendo 3DS console can't find the R4 3DS card in it's slot-1. Mostly, it is caused by the bad connection of R4 card and 3DS console. Try to clean the kingfinger part of the r4 3ds card with cloth, and make it connect well with 3DS console. If problem still on, the R4 3DS card must be broken.

When insert game into my 3ds it wont read game
I have the same kind of problem. It does not read my Kingdom Hearts 3D cartridge at all, regardless of any way I tried to make it read it. I heard it may have something to do with regional difference and it's true - the 3DS comes from USA, while the game from Europe. While I have Pokemon Diamond cartridge, which is also from Europe and it reads it just fine. Does it mean the regional difference matters only in case of 3DS cartridges?
If not, how can I solve my problem?

Follow these steps:

1. Turn on WiFi on the right of the Nintendo 3DS. You will need a wireless internet connection to update.
