What are you trying to do? Replace the CMOS battery, or reset a BIOS password?
This is what the CMOS battery looks like,
http://www.ebay.com/itm/CMOS-RTC-Battery-Toshiba-Satellite-A210-A215-Series-/270970735656?_trksid=p4340.m263&_trkparms=algo%3DSIC%26its%3DI%252BC%26itu%3DUCI%252BIA%252BUA%252BFICS%252BUFI%26otn%3D15%26pmod%3D160437620636%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D8748715535548215160
Now view this pictorial disassembly guide,

Page 3 - http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/toshiba-satellite-a205/laptop-disassembly-3.htm
Go to the photo in Step 17, and click on it to enlarge.
See the CMOS battery in the middle/left?
Round silvery looking object. Go straight down from the red arrow to the far left.
That is how to access the CMOS battery.
(Yes I know it states Satellite A200/A205. Same for the A215)
Now BIOS password reset?
Do not know where the two copper pads are to briefly short out. Suspect under the Ram Memory modules, (And under a small sheet of Mylar plastic), or under the Wireless Modem. (And under a small sheet of Mylar plastic)
The links on this solution I gave may help,

[ Am I concerned that you may have stolen the laptop, or are trying to break into someone else's laptop?
NO
Your real name, and IP address are recorded on FixYa, to give to the authorities, if needed.
I figure a thief would not risk this ]
SOURCE: RE: bios password reset
You have to remove the CMOS battery then put it back in to reset the password. The CMOS battery is on the motherboard itself, so you will need to strip down the computer to the motherboard and do it. The battery looks like a little watch battery. There are a few online tutorials you can find on google to take apart your computer.
If it is a Password holding you up
at POST and the Laptop will neither go into BIOS nor Boot at the POST Screen,
then the only way around this is to either enter the correct password of to
dismantle it and disconnect and reconnect the CMOS battery inside, reassemble
the laptop and then try again (see images below for a typical CMOS Battery Access and a typical CMOS Battery).
In some laptops there is an extra level of security for BIOS Passwords. The BIOS password is stored on a subsidiary chip rather than the main BIOS Chip and disconnecting and reconnecting the battery will not work.
I
hope this helps.

Once this jumper has been changed, turn on the computer
and the password should be cleared. Once cleared, turn the computer off
and return the jumper or dipswitch to its original position.
The location of the jumpers or dipswitches are dependent on the
manufacturer of the computer and motherboard. However, below are some general
ideas on where to find it. Remember that most motherboards could have dozens of
different jumpers, make sure you're changing the CMOS jumper and not something
else. If these general suggestions do not help refer to your motherboard /
computer documentation or skip to the next step.
