Xperia x10 incoming calls go directly to missed call log with out ringing .

I have opened missed call log and called phone, immediately it shows a missed call but phone does not ring. Notifications are all on and phone is not on silent or air-plane mode, sms messages arrive but with out any notification sound. However all other sounds work fine media,alarms and such. Ringtones selected do exist and plays when selected as does sms notification sound.

Is the ringer turned off? Or is the volume on the ring tone set too low? Another possibility is that the phone isn't set to receive incoming calls - the Siemens phones I've owned allowed one to specify which handsets could handle incoming calls and outgoing calls on each line.

Who is your carrier? the voice mail is set up via them call or web site. Your phone rings or not rings check ringer volume and ring tone and check if you always have a good signal.

Normally, the ICD group is 601. So, press PROGRAM, pick a button, and dial 54601 STORE. The button becomes a log for all calls ringing into the 601 calling group.

your incoming calls are barred, you go to the call log and go to call barring, deactivate your call barring, you have a password for it, if forgot your password go to the nearest service center of ericson in your area.
