Press the following button: Volume Up button + Menu button + Power button at the same time. The select Wipe Data Factory Reset using Volume button. (see below figure)

I think you can not install Ubuntu because now Ubuntu just support android phones and your phone's spec. But now you can up firmware for your phone for better performance.
