I went to turn on my dell latitude d830 but nothing comes on except a padlock with an A in the center flashing. The the computer turns off. It worked perfectly fine just the day before.
Hello, Sounds like you either have a spybot or virus. When you power up your laptop immediately start hitting the f8 and go into the safe mode and check for viruses. You need to put malwarebytes on it and clean in safe mode. Here is website for malwarebytes.This is free and works.
