After I print once, the printer's on/off light is solid amber and there is an amber P in the window. When I unplug and plug back in it initializes and makes prints then messes up again. This first started when I was making copies. The helps tell me to contact you for help. HELP!
What you should try first is going to kodak.com/go/printheadsupport and get instructions on how to reinstall the printhead (because there is obviously a problem with it). If after that, you still have the same problem, you can either go to kodak.com/go/itg and follow the troubleshooting, or call their tech assistance at 1 800 421 6699 to help you resolve this problem.
The worst of the cases, would be that you printhead needs to be replaced, which would be completely free.
