My BB storm 9500 keeps giving me a white screen saying reset with an error code 348. This happens mostly when I receive or try to make a call. It also refers to the modem on the same error screen . Is it a hardware or software problem ? Please help as my phone is proving to be useless!!!!!

try go to your control panel open phone and modem delete the samsung modem in there and re install it.

you had a software malfunction and must reload the operating system/ manual delet the corrupted file. do you have blackberry desktop manager install on a computer that is handy.
