The touchscreen is there, but doesn't respond. None of the buttons on the other part of the panel work. The power button isn't lighted, but the machine is "on". The only way to turn printer off is to unplug it. I was able to go to printer options on my computer and print a test sheet just fine. Help!
SOURCE: keep printing test sheets
A lot of HP printers print a page to enable the print head alignment and calabration. This normally orcurs when a cartridge has been changed. If the alignment page fails then it will reprint alignment page until it can align.
So, you need to get that page it prints and place it on the glass and press scan, then it will complete alignment and be ready to rock.

We have a new wireless network. How do I change the wieless network that my HP 309c is using to print?

that is because ur head of ur printing cartridge is damaged.
remove ur cartridges black as well as color
n install only black cartridge n check d blinking of lights on ur printer if it doesn't blinks it's mean ur black cartridge is OK but ur blinking of light on ur printer is same it's mean ur head of black cartridge is damaged
after this process remove the black one cartridge and install the color one cartridge n check d blinking of lights on ur printer if it doesn't blinks it's mean ur color cartridge is OK but ur blinking of light on ur printer is same it's mean ur head of color cartridge is damaged
now take a dry cotton cloth n gently clean ur cartridges head
install both cartridges on ur printer n check ur blinking light on ur printer
that will work only if u r too lucky other wise u have to purchase a one cartridge.
