Either your monitor or video card is bad. Try connecting another monitor to the computer. Borrow a monitor from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker and connect it to the computer. If the Borrowed monitor displays and works, then your original monitor is bad. If the Borrowed monitor does the same as your original monitor and does not work, then the Video Card inside the computer is bad.

How do i factory reset my desktop i forgot password

If you forgot your Bios password then open the pc and reset the COS jumper.
If forgot your Windows password then restart your computer press F8 . select Safe Mode and try administrative login to reset password.

If you forgot the administrator password then use any third party software like Hirenboot to recover it.

the cd in any devides you must insert in the contrary side to the mark example if the mark is SONY this side will be UP. the other side contain the TOK, ( the record or information from any cd or dvd)
